It's meant to be similar to Fighter's Grit or bard's CHA bonus. So I suppose it would if the duelist needs to be fleet, nimble, or agile (of foot or mouth, depending.) The duelist is supposed to be a dashing rogue, ne'er do well, Robin Hood-ish figure.

Really like what you did here. Does Fool's luck apply to any DEX or CHA check? Any limitations?
